Unique Tires

I had a very disappointing experience. I waited for over an hour even though there were only two vehicles, including mine, being serviced. After my tires were removed from the rims, I was informed that the tires they planned to install did not match. They then had to order another set, which significantly extended the wait time. Overall, the service was disorganized and inefficient, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

First off I want to thank the 3 guys that were there when I pulled in.i needed my 2 front tires on my truck swapped with new tires.i had my own tires to put on and they had to plug one of them.so we agreed on a price to do that. We'll the tires I brought with me fit on my rim but they were way to small for my truck.well they put them on for me.once I looked at it I didn't like the way it looked.i talked to the boss man there and he helped me out so much.they went over and beyond to get me right. They sold me 2 of there used tires and swapped them on the rims and put them back on my truck and didn't charge me nothing for the work they did the first tire swap.i highly recommend this place. I will return in the future.thank you guys if yall see this review.yall really did right by me.

I had an outstanding experience at Unique Tires on Northview Drive in Jackson, MS! Kareem, Khalid, and Carlos were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a new set of tires at a great price. Their customer service was top-notch: friendly, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was the speed. They had my tires mounted and balanced in under 15 minutes! Fast, efficient, and done right. It’s not every day you find a shop that combines great service, quality work, and fair pricing like this. Highly recommend Unique Tires if you're looking for a trustworthy place for tire service. I will definitely be coming back!

I get tires every week here because of my car being in pitiful shape. They have quality used tires at a competitive market value of 40 per tire note that this is my tire size and may not be all tires prices so you may need to inquire if you don't have teeny tires like I do
